Early this month, our Commercial vacuum packing machine was successfully delivered to Los Angeles, USA, to support a medium-sized food processing plant.
顧客の背景
The food plant specializes in sausages, cured meats, and ready-to-eat seafood packs. With an annual output of 500–600 tons, their products are mainly supplied to local supermarkets and through online cold-chain distribution. As their business expanded, the customer was looking for a Commercial vacuum packing machine that could extend product shelf life, improve packaging efficiency, and meet strict U.S. food hygiene standards.

Equipment selection and parameters
After thorough comparison, our customer finally chose the Commercial vacuum packing machine (Single Chamber Vacuum Packaging Machine) from us.
Main technical specifications include:
- Vacuum pump power: 0.9 kW
- Sealing power: 0.6 kW
- Seal bar size: 500 × 10 × 2 mm
- Vacuum chamber material: 304 stainless steel
- Vacuum chamber size: 525 × 520 × 130 mm
- Machine weight: approx. 80 kg
The machine is equipped with an organic glass lid for easy operation and monitoring. With its compact structure and durable design, it perfectly suits the customer’s production needs.

Installation and performance results
The equipment was installed and commissioned smoothly and was put into operation on the same day. By adjusting the vacuum time and sealing temperature, the Commercial vacuum packing machine increased packaging efficiency by around 30% and reduced labor needs by two workers.
Shelf life for ready-to-eat products such as sausages was extended from 5–7 days to 12–14 days, ensuring stable product quality during cold-chain distribution and significantly reducing losses.
In addition, the stainless-steel body makes daily cleaning easier and keeps maintenance costs low. The customer only needs to replace the vacuum pump oil and check the sealing bar regularly to maintain long-term performance.
