One of the biggest limitations of the production process is the level of automation of the capping process. The manual capping process is labor-intensive and can pose significant health risks. It might look cheap in the long run, but it’s too expensive. It’s a slow process and you can’t go beyond 10 containers in a minute. A semi-automatic capper will guarantee you a higher container rate per minute. Typically, 15 containers to 20 containers per minute.<\/p>
