To meet the increasing demand for small sugar packages in the local market, the customer needed an automatic packaging machine that could provide accurate filling, stable operation, and reliable performance.
Our Solution: Three-Head Sugar Packing Machine
Based on the customer’s requirements, we recommended a Sugar Packing Machine equipped with a three-head 200g spiral dispensing system. The machine uses a large circular hopper and a precision feeding structure to ensure accurate sugar measurement and smooth material flow.
The main parts contacting the material and the outer shell are made of 304 stainless steel, meeting food processing and hygiene requirements. The machine was also equipped with a pneumatic medium-sized back-sealing packaging system, an additional forming device, a marker, coding device, and fixed-packet cutter.
