A Slovenian fresh food enterprise mainly processes meat, seafood and ready-to-eat meals. Before purchasing, it faced short shelf life, high packaging breakage rate et inaccurate gas mixing of ordinary equipment, which restricted export and shelf sales. It also worried about European standard adaptation, mold replacement efficiency et cleaning difficulty under high-hygiene requirements, making it difficult to find suitable equipment.

We recommended the customized Machine d'emballage MAP for the customer. The equipment is made of full 304 stainless steel, meets CE certification, and its gas replacement rate reaches ≥99% with accuracy ±2%. It integrates vacuuming, gas flushing and sealing functions; the dual-chamber design saves 50% gas consumption, triple damping structure ensures long-term stable operation, and the touch screen supports precise adjustment of gas ratio and vacuum degree.

After using the Machine d'emballage MAP, the customer’s product shelf life extended by 3–5 times, packaging pass rate reached 99.8%, and production efficiency increased by 40%. It fully complies with EU food hygiene standards and supports diversified tray packaging. The customer highly recognizes the equipment’s stability and cost-effectiveness, and has reached a long-term cooperative intention with our team.
